Using the website
Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or misuse another person’s information. You must be legally able to enter a contract. The store and order process are provided in English. You can print or save these terms for your records.
Product information
Read the product description, materials, dimensions and selected size before ordering. Screens and lighting can affect colour appearance. Size guides are general guidance; contact us about specific measurements. Product availability is checked when we review your order. Descriptions do not remove your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
Prices and currency
All prices and order documents use euros (EUR). Displayed prices include any taxes we are required to include in the selling price. Delivery is calculated separately and shown before you submit your order. Destination import duties, taxes and clearance charges may be payable separately, as explained in our Shipping Policy. We do not perform currency conversion. Your bank may charge its own fees.
Placing and accepting an order
Add items to your bag, select sizes, check quantities and complete the checkout form. You can correct the information before submission. Submitting an order is an offer to buy and does not charge your bank account. The acknowledgement and unpaid invoice confirm receipt of your request. A contract is formed when we email our acceptance after checking availability, price and delivery. We will ask for your agreement to any proposed correction before acceptance; you may decline.
Bank transfer
Bank transfer is the payment method. Instructions are provided separately by email after order review and confirmation. No bank account details are displayed on this website. Pay only the confirmed EUR amount, quoting your order number. We confirm payment after checking cleared funds. A submitted order or a transfer receipt alone is not payment confirmation. Contact customer support using the details on this website if instructions appear unexpected.
Delivery and ownership
The Shipping & Delivery Policy explains timing, charges and delivery issues. Ownership passes when full payment has been received. Risk passes on delivery to you or your nominated recipient, subject to applicable consumer law. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil the order and arrange any payment refund due.
Returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. It includes cancellation and fault remedies. You can send a cancellation notice by email stating your name, address, order number and the goods you wish to cancel. No particular form is compulsory.
Intellectual property
Website branding, original text and site design belong to the seller or are used with permission. You may use and print pages for personal shopping and keeping records. This does not grant permission to republish the catalogue commercially. Third-party open-source components retain their own licences.
Responsibility and disputes
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. This consumer store is for personal shopping. Mandatory consumer protections and access to competent local courts remain unaffected. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
Changes
The terms in force when we accept your order apply to that order. Future changes do not retrospectively remove agreed rights.
